At about 80 potions you can instacomplete a full reward track. The fastest way, boosters aside, is to join a Zerg that’s taking structures. Follow PPT commanders as you’ll earn track experience every time you campfire a point or kill a dolyak/sentry. Reward track only comes every 5 minutes on a 'tick'. Fractals won't work because you need ascended in order to slot agony resistance infusions and you wouldn't have access to the higher tier groups in the LFG. A little bit! If you want to gear up even faster, try to hire other gamers. You can use Guild Wars 2 service power leveling offered by MMOPilot. They have numerous pro-gamers that will save your time by leveling and making the ascended gear in no time. Don’t be shy, this is common now. The price also not as expensive as you think! For Armor-You can get ascended armor by raiding (a meta started exotic set is all you need to start, trade the raid currency directly for gear boxes) playing PvP (cashing in your shards/marks earned thru reward tracks), WvW (doing exotic armor reward tracks and upgrading the armor to ascended status), and of course through Crafting. You can get Ascended gear from most endgame things. A lot of routes require crafting for on demand gear.
